What we collect

• Account information: email address and display name.
• Content you provide: resume details, job applications, and (for coaching experts) professional profile information.
• Marketplace activity: coaching bookings, credit balance, and transaction history.
• Basic product usage events (e.g. viewing a listing, completing a booking) used only for product analytics — not shared with advertisers.

How we use it

Solely to operate the coaching and job-matching service: creating your account, matching you with experts or jobs, processing bookings, and improving the product based on aggregate usage patterns. When you actively use “AI resume review”, the resume text you submit is additionally sent to an AI model provider to produce the review — see “Service providers and sharing” below.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal data. To operate the service we pass the minimum necessary information to the following categories of service provider:

• Cloud infrastructure and data storage — stores your account, resumes, and orders. Servers are located in the EU.
• AI model provider— only when you actively use “AI resume review”, the resume text you submit is sent to this provider for analysis and the result is returned to you. This provider’s servers are located outside the European Economic Area; we rely on standard contractual clauses and similar measures to bind its data-protection obligations.
• Employers and partner recruiters— when you apply to a job, that job’s employer can view the resume you submitted. Separately, if you turn on “Allow recruiters to contact me” in the app, our partner recruiters can also search for your online resume by criteria such as city, degree and desired role, and contact you. That setting is off by default, can be turned off at any time, and takes effect immediately. Your phone number and email are not included in search results — a recruiter must request them in a separate, logged step. Outside these two cases, recruiters cannot see your resume.

Service providers may change for technical or commercial reasons. If a change affects where data is stored or whether it crosses borders, we will update this policy. You can request our current list of service providers at any time using the contact address below.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself in the app under “Profile → Delete Account”. You may also request access to or correction of your personal data at any time by contacting us below.

What we retain after account deletion

When you delete your account, your login credentials are permanently removed (the account can no longer sign in and cannot be restored), and your resumes and saved jobs are deleted. For accounting and legal compliance we retain: coaching orders and credit transactions (these record completed transactions and expert payouts), and any abuse reports you submitted.

We also retain a one-way hash (fingerprint) of your registration email. It cannot be reversed into an email address, cannot be used to contact or identify you, and its only purpose is to prevent the same email from repeatedly claiming new-user credit rewards by deleting and re-registering. We do not retain the plaintext email of a deleted account.

服务提供方与数据共享

我们不出售你的个人数据。为运行服务，我们会把必要的最少信息交给下列类别的服务提供方处理：

• 云基础设施与数据存储服务商——存放你的账号、简历、订单等数据，服务器位于欧盟地区。
• AI 模型服务商——仅在你主动使用「AI 简历分析」时，接收你提交的简历文本用于分析并返回结果。该服务商的服务器位于欧洲经济区以外，我们通过标准合同条款等方式约束其数据保护义务。
• 招聘方与合作猎头——你主动投递岗位时，该岗位的招聘方可查看你投递的那份简历。此外，若你在 App 内开启「允许猎头联系我」，本平台的合作猎头还可按城市、学历、意向岗位等条件检索到你的在线简历并主动与你联系；该选项默认关闭，可随时关闭，关闭后立即生效。你的手机号与邮箱不包含在检索结果中，猎头需通过单独的、有记录的步骤才能请求。上述两种情形之外，猎头无法看到你的简历。

服务提供方可能因技术或商务原因变更；如变更涉及数据存储区域或跨境传输，我们会更新本政策。你可以随时通过下方邮箱索取当前的服务提供方清单。

你的权利

你可以在 App 内「我的 → 注销账号」自助删除账号，也可以随时联系我们，要求访问或更正你的个人数据。

注销账号后我们保留什么

注销后，你的登录凭据被永久删除（账号无法再登录、无法恢复），简历与岗位收藏一并删除。 出于对账与法律合规需要，下列记录会保留：辅导订单与积分流水（涉及已发生的交易与专家结算）、 你提交过的举报记录。

此外，我们会保留一段由你的注册邮箱单向哈希得到的指纹——它不可还原为邮箱、 不能用于联系你或识别你的身份，唯一用途是防止同一邮箱通过反复注销重注册重复领取新用户奖励。 我们不保留注销后账号的邮箱明文。
